I have been on the bad end of using an inspector when buying a home. The inspector was friends with the sellers as I was told and not but a few months after closing, problem after problem. Many of the reviews helped me pick David Henke and I am beyond pleased with his thorough work. No stone left unturned so to speak. His emailed report was so easy to follow with plenty of pics in each area. With so many inspection companies, there could be some other great ones, but David will not disappoint. I called just the other day and they immediately got me an appointment for a home inspection as we were in a time crunch. David went out of his way to wait for me as I had an emergency vet appointment. He spent ample time going through all the rooms and wanted to know if I had any questions. He made suggestions and ensured that I understood the safety aspect of all issues, so I could make informed decisions. He's got a great sense of humor and is a positive person. What a great experience! I would use him again in a heartbeat (but hopefully, not any time soon because I really want this house I made an offer on and hope to stay there for a good long time).
Working with David i was a very good experience. A good honest funny guy that knows and loves his work. He breaks everything down very clear and he’s all about saving you money in the long run. Recently my husband and I found out that we had a high Radon reading in both our house and pool house. Mr. Henke was extremely responsive by immediately showing up. He verified the accuracy of our test with his own test to make sure we didn't have a false reading. He also took the time to explain everything. After getting the results, he was back within 5 days to install our systems. We so appreciated that! I am happy to say that our readings now are so low, they barely register. Thank you David!
